How do I know my sizing? 

Please check out our sizing guide on each product page. If you are still unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up since our t-shirts & sweatshirts have more of an athletic fit.

How long does it take to fulfill and ship an order? 

Some Products may be packaged and shipped separately.

While we may provide delivery estimates, we cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates due to possible unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays.  All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order can be subject to change. However, we try our best to make product delivery as simple as possible. 

How much is shipping? 

All orders are charged an $8 flat shipping rate. 

Do you ship internationally? 

Not at this time.

What if I have a damaged or defective item? 

If you have received a damaged item or believe an item is defective, please contact Customer Service at support@weekendzzz.com 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be made to support@weekendzzz.com within 10 calendar days of merchandise receipt to be considered for replacement or refund. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on Weekendzzz part are covered at our expense. 

A photo of inaccurate or damage product is required for all returns or exchanges.  

Returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items will only be accepted with a written Return Authorization (RA) and RAs are valid for 14 days from the issued date. Refunds will be credited once the merchandise is received in warehouse. Returns sent without a valid RA will be refused. Bounced shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the total purchase amount including shipping billed directly to the credit card on file. 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). 

Weekendzzz does not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or cancellations.  

How should I wash my Weekendzzz products? 

Due to most of our products being screen printed by hand we recommend washing all tops in cold water and hanging them to dry.
